In January, we took part in the launch of the Faraday Battery Challenge - Investment readiness programme launch with representatives from the Knowledge Transfer Programme and Innovate UK as well as other investors. The FBC is a government-supported programme designed to support innovation in the EV battery ecosystem, and we're hoping that we can play a role in finding great ideas to accelerate the electrification of transport (recording).
Looking forward, we're thrilled to have been invited to join the Selection Committee for the US National Renewable Energy Laboratory Industry Growth Forum for the third year in a row, it's great opportunity to learn from the best energy start-ups in the US. You can see the finalists pitching at the event on April 20-22nd online, CET (register).
Closer to home, we're also on the advisory board of the Cambridge Cleantech - Cleantech Venture Day. We're looking forward to helping them find a promising batch of start-ups to pitch at this event on March 25th (register).
This week, we're taking part in a panel about investing in innovation for SETSquared's ongoing programme of events, and looking forward to attending their NextGen Invest pitch day on 17th March.
It's all go! Great to see these green shoots in the cleantech ecosystem.
