Lilac closes $150m Series B funding

Angel Portfolio company Lilac Solutions today announced its $150m Series B funding, led by Lowercarbon Capital and funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. Additional new investors include Mercuria Energy Trading and Valor Equity Partners; existing investors Breakthrough Energy Ventures and The Engine also participated in the round.


Securing cheap, secure, environmentally friendly Lithium supply is critical to our efforts to Electrify Everything. From the moment we met the Lilac team during their pre-seed funding round we knew that the tech and the people were really special. This funding round gives them the opportunity to scale up to meet their ambitions and all of our needs.
